I started my design career as a draughtsman and worked on some very exciting projects in the construction industry. I managed a team of several CAD Technicians in a busy office and loved my work.
However, after 10 years, I wanted to start a family so needed something slightly more flexible. I decided to become self employed and set up Ruby Blue. This started off as wedding stationery but soon moved on to more digital work, branding and print. I’m now a freelance graphic designer with over 15 years experience in this industry, working with a wide range of clients across the world.
I love what I do. I love the freedom that freelance offers me. I am a mum of 2 boys (and an active german shepherd dog named Indie). Along with my very supportive husband, we are an extremely close family . We spend a lot of time together on long walks or active holidays, always lakes and mountains wherever we go!
